First Step: Learn about the benefits and importance of physical activity.
Second Step: Think about and set goals/objectives to design a work-out plan that you can use for a duration of a semester or year.
Third Step: Look up other work-out plans to get a good idea on how they are setup.
Fourth Step: Design a rough-draft work-out plan and turn in a copy to get revised.
Fifth Step: Make corrections as needed to your work-out plan and turn in a final draft.
Sixth Step: Test drive your work-out plan for two days and see what you think.
Seventh Step: Reflect on the whole experience.
