Work-Out Plans are written goals and/or objectives of different exercises one can use in order to achieve a health-enhancing level of physical activity. Because there is such a wide array of work-out plans and so many examples, the images above show some very basic work-out plans someone could use whether for just one work-out session, or for multiple sessions. Work-out plans are fairly easy to design once you establish your personal goals and objectives. Then depending on how open you are to various types of physical activities/work-outs you can pick and choose the ones that are a good fit for you. Make sure there is some balance of aerobic exercises, resistance training, strength training, and flexibility training to effectively enhance your body composition as a whole.
