Task
After learning the importance and benefits of physical activity, it is now time to put that knowledge to use and create a work-out plan that works for you and follow that plan for a two day interval. Depending on what you want to achieve with this plan, whether to gain weight, tone/maintain current body composition, lose weight, etc, will dictate the types of exercises you do. For example, Strength training will lead you to doing exercises like: squating, benching, hang-cleans, dead lifts, etc. And muscular endurance, for example, could be a full work-out session with resistance bands.
